Privacy notice

Royson York Advisory collects the information needed to run PeopleVantage: your account details, your company profile, the documents you generate or upload, the names and email addresses of employees you invite to sign, and signature records (signature image, typed name, time, IP address and device) that make up the audit trail.

We use this information only to provide the service, to send transactional emails (such as signing invitations and reminders), and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers. Email is sent through Resend.

Signature records are kept for as long as your account exists so you can prove acknowledgments later. You can ask us to delete your account and records at any time.
